Repointing

Repointing is a process that involves removing and replacing crumbling mortar between the bricks. The mortar is carefully removed to an approximate depth of 20-25mm using a 90 % dust free system and special tools of the trade. The mortar is then replaced to fill the joints then completed with a joint of your choice. This could be Flush, Raked, Round, Struck or Weather Point. Once finished the brickwork is carefully washed down to ensure no joints are displaced.
